Erie Insurance Group interview questions

Relaxed friendly interview with a 3 person panel. There are behavior based questions but not as many as you would expect at a bigger company. Seemed like a good place to work for and they have high claims service expectations. Service standards seem to be everything at this company.

Applied through college career fair and got an email invitation for an office interview. The interviewers were HR manger, my potential supervisor. All basic questions, not very difficult. They want to know if I can speak clearly through phone call, which I guess is important for claim specialist.
