They ask you really simple questions about how you think you can contribute to the team. They also explain the role an what is expected of you. At the end of the interview they give you a chance to ask questions. Once hired you are given an orientation date which lasted for about a week.

The interview process was very easy and pretty straight forward. It was not long at all and the questions asked were very easy. It took about a week to get an interview after applying.

The process was great! They do a wonderful job on keeping in contact with you and updating you on everything. Very welcoming at the interview as well. HR does a wonderful job on making you comfortable and they are very flexible.
