Interview
Face to face and was very friendly, not intimidating. They were flexible with scheduling. They created a welcoming environment. The tour was thorough and informative. Job requirements were described well and expectations understood easily. They did want to make sure that you had the stamina for the clientele (who can be difficult).

It was an easy and quick interviews and application process. Usually two steps: an interview with the hiring manager and shadow time with another nurse. Great shadowing opportunities to ensure it is a good fit for you.

Interesting interview that didn’t really ask me questions she had me ask her questions then st the end gave two NCLEX style questions. Very nice but I was just thrown off that I felt like I was interviewing them more. I left feeling like they didn’t have a good understanding of who I was.
