Pretty standard process: phone screen with recruiter, followed by a 1 hour interview with the manager, and then the final interview with members of upper management and HR. Honestly, can’t complain about the interviewing process because it was pretty seamless and overall, I had a positive experience. Where things hit a wall is when it had been over a week since I had heard anything, and I noticed that the position was reposted following my interview. I reached out to the recruiter, and after a few days, I was told they had decided to move forward with someone else. Seemed as though I was kept as an option, while they kept their options open, and while I know that worse things could have happened, it rubbed me the wrong way.
