They have four part process for a interview. First, is phone interview. One of the question about light bulbs and switches. I couldn't figure out how to ask the question but I did make to the second interview with the tech support manager. Then I move on to the third interview the HR manager. The last step is a face to face interview on-site. The interview is last for 6 to 7 hours.
