I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Esri (Redlands, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was lengthy, with three informal interviews and one formal. The first three were each about 30 min. and included one meeting with HR and two with potential team members. The final interview was about 5 hours and included interviews with 5 different team members at varying levels. Overall, it was a nice experience and everyone was lovely to meet. The length of their interview process was pretty overwhelming but it was good to get a feel for who you will be working with and whether or not you are a good fit.
