Esri SAP Security interview questions

I applied with my resume. The HR person contacted me 2 days later and requested a time to call and discuss the position. I told her anytime during normal business hours. She did not contact me for another ten days. Then we setup a second time, and still no call. Finally, on the third setup time she did call. After telling me great things about the company, the job, etc. she told me my resume had been sent on to the hiring manager and they wanted to interview me. Her colleague was supposed to contact me to setup the interview. 6 days later I emailed her to ask if the hiring manager still wanted to interview me. She wrote back the same day and told me that the position had been filled. So, I do not know if it was her incompetence, or the hiring managers indecision that cost me the job. Very frustrating.....
