First was a phone call with a recruiter and then met with the hiring manager and an employee. Didn't make it past the second interview before I got a generic email saying I didn't get the job

Found through a staffing company. After several long interviews, I was told repeatedly by the staffing specialist that despite repeatedly saying I was interested in this position, they were concerned that was not the case. On a day in which I interviewed with multiple people, one of my interviewers didn't show. I was invited to several more rounds of interviews, including one with a department head, which they tried to set up that day. A week after, I was told by the staffing specialist that after over a month of this, they had moved forward with someone else without even telling her. I did not feel like my time was respected. The fact that one of their department heads thought I would just drop everything and interview that day because he felt like it, especially after over 5 interviews in a month, tells me that leadership here doesn't respect other people's time or boundaries.
