Got invited for an interview few days after applying. There were 2 interviewers. One of the Interviewers could hardly string together a sentence in comprehensible English so really need to focus and listen. Both interviewers spoke Chinese among themselves. Apparently, it is a Chinese speaking work environment. Both interviewers didn't talk much about the job scope and instead will asked a question in response to my question, or give a blanket statements such as "everyone helps everyone here" in respond to my question about which markets the role will be handling. Occasionally the response was a tad defensive too. Seems like a lack of transparency in communication.
