It was an initial phone screening interview with HR. Then I was invited to visit the office for an in-person interview. The overall process was very friendly and wasn't particularly demanding.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Essilor (Charenton-le-Pont) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Essilor (New Delhi) in Jan 2017
