4 interviews, first with the HR, the next two with the the managers, and the final one with a director I had to do an exercise/case study in between at my own time Interviews were organised very quickly and I was asked to do my best to make myself available ASAP due to some of the managers going on holidays (this was around christmas) Interviews went very well and towards the end it was heavily implied that I would be made an offer Then it was once again reiterated by the HR that the feedback has been very positive but that they will return to me after the holidays Come January the communication began to stall and I had to get in touch with them myself numerous times to get some clarification on the recrutement process, I was told each time by the HR that they still haven't received a definitive answer despite the positive feedback Finally, towards the end of the month I was told that an inernal candidate was chosen I can't help but think that I was obviously used as back-up in case the internal candidacy did not come through I was also heavily disappointed by the lack of respect for my time and the inability to be transparent about the recrutement process, when I made my best to make myself available for the interviews + have completed an exercise Overall, very disappointed by the recrutement process despite the positive interactions with the managers

fue un proceso rápido y donde todo salió bien. Me dieron la oferta y firmé (de paso rechacé otra que tenía). Y de un día para otro me dijeron que ya no se podía, que habían cerrado la posición y cortaron toda comunicación. No sé que pasó, me fue bien en las entrevistas y me afectaron con otros procesos.
