Simple, not very in detail. Discussed the role with 2 members of the team on the phone and had many behavioral questions that were not too hard to answer. They were very friendly and did not try to put pressure on me or anything of that nature

Interview
It took a considerable amount of time—about 2 to 3 months—to receive a response after submitting my application for the initial call. However, everything progressed quickly after that, with subsequent interview meetings scheduled weekly.
The first meeting was with HR, followed by the Hiring Manager, and then the VP. That concluded the interview process. Additionally, they requested references from my previous managers, and HR arranged calls with two of them.
