Primero es una evaluación en linea (tests de lógica, matemática, problem solving, creatividad), luego un test de excel y de inglés, dos entrevistas con HR, finalmente un assessment (un caso en equipo y una presentación individual.

Muy largo y tedioso y más si no tienes oferta.
1. Subir aplicación en línea
2. Haces 3 tests de lógica de 40 minutos cada uno.
3. Hacer un video respondiendo preguntas
4. Entrevista con 2 personas de RH
5. Entrevista con otra persona de RH donde tienes que resolver un caso y hacer la entrevista.
6. Panel en grupo y en individual de 8 horas. Y hacer un video de presentación para el panel.
