A very long and dragged out process, unfortunately. Started out by applying via the website and then completed an online test. You get to do a personality and skills test. The good thing is that you actually get the results from the personality test in a pdf - great insights! After that, I was invited to do an on-demand digital interview. The position I applied for was English speaking but even so two of the questions were in German - be prepared! Following I did a short video interview, then a long panel interview (2 1/2 h) with three people in which I also did a case. The case had nothing to do with Essity - something about a company looking to acquire a new office location. After that, I had a final interview. This could have been a good experience if the process wasn't so dragged out. After the on-demand interview, I had to wait a full month to hear back. Also, it seemed like the notes from the different interviews weren't shared among them because everyone seemed clueless in the first minutes of the interview and I had to repeat a lot of information. I also never received feedback during or after all the interviews. Not even after I had been "rejected". I had been promised feedback and a phone call with the rejection but up until this day, two months later, I still haven't heard anything. I learned a lot during the process without a doubt, but they could have definitely handled the process more professionally.
