There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter. Followed two later by an interview with the hiring manager via teams, and then on-site interview. A lot of steps and a long time between interviews.

Interview
it was quite smooth with in total 3 interviews. it is standard I would say. It was actually demanding but not too stressful. as usually you would speak to HR direct manager and higher level manager.
