Slow to get to interview and feedback. Lots of prep work if you get to final stage and poor processes. Three stage process: initial TA on phone, then teams with 2 hiring manager plus TA. Final interview was 1.5 hour in person panel interview at Dunstable HQ including a 30 min presentation plus questions around that. Be warned! My travel expenses were never paid so I am out of pocket by over £200 for flights and taxis plus a days leave. I am relived I didn’t get the job.
