I applied for the position as Project Manager Manufacturing in Hamburg on December 2024. 2 months later I was contacted by email by the HR representative to set up the first interview. He offered me 4 slots for an online interview, and I chose one of them, just 30 mins after he emailed me. 2 days after he emailed me stating we had to reschedule, as the slot I chose was full. I answered him stating one of the other slots. I prepared the interview, but he didn’t show up. I asked him but received no answer till 5 days later. He offered me another 4 slots. I chose one slot 1h after he emailed me. He answered stating that slot was already full, and offered me another slot, which I accepted. One day before the interview, he rescheduled again for the same day but in later (it was the 4th time). Finally, after 1 month since he reached me out, we performed the interview: HR representative, Hiring Manager and me.
