First step is an intro call to get a sense for what the candidate is looking for and whether there's a potential fit. After that is a coding exercise over Zoom. My interviewer seemed like a good collaborator but was so unprofessional it's mind blowing. From the start he kept yawning uncontrollably and through to the end of the exercise. Can't describe how disruptive and distracting this was.
