I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Eurofins (Bengaluru) in Dec 2017
Interview
A case study followed by couple of rounds of interviews by managers. Got a call from the talent management team for a face to face interview. I found a lot of flaws in the process. The case study could have been reviewed before interview. I took 30-45 minutes to complete it and looks like nobody reviewed it. Then had an interview with the manager who did not seem to know what to ask. Worst thing is the interview went on for 1.5 hrs only to be rejected. At this level if you do this it is pathetic. The decision of continuing with a interview or not should be made within first 20 mins or so. After talking for 1.5 hrs and not giving any feedback whatsoever I presume I was rejected. Such a waste of time. From the interview process I realised they don’t share any concern for people or their time. Heard they are struggling and no wonder with such leaders who are unsure about anything it is bound to happen.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer probed on my experience trying to understand what I have done. Got interested mainly in irrelevant things. Unfortunately the interviewer could not appreciate my experience and knowledge. Kept toggling between PM and agile processes. Looked like the person had no understanding of both. It was not bookish either.

I applied online. I interviewed at Eurofins (Mississauga, ON) in Mar 2025
Interview
Their HR person reached out to me via email to conduct a 30 minute screening interview. We scheduled a time for a virtual meeting. On the day of the meeting, the interviewer was 15 minutes late and proceeded to quickly run down the whole interview process without me being able to get a word. When it came time to answering her questions, she cut me off a couple of times during my answers. She also possessed a thick accent which made me misunderstand some of her questions. Overall, I felt rushed and uncomfortable during the experience and I wished she had rescheduled the call. About a week after the call, I followed up with her via email and was met with silence. It's been three weeks since this call and I have given up on hearing from her again. I find it very unprofessional that she hasn't at least told me via email that I won't be moving forward and it has left a very negative impression of the company.
