Interview
This was happen at Kolkata on a Saturday. The required candidate profile was C#,ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, WEB API and AngularJS. The interview process has 3 steps, first a written test, second a f2f technical, third managerial. Written test contains about 20 to 30 multiple choice questions and 4 descriptive questions. No time limit, do asap. After completing the test I had to wait for a long time as the number of panel was just 2. Technical interview took approx 1 hour. After that managerial round took another 1 hour approx. After that the HR person told me that I was selected by both round of interview, and will get a call for HR round on Monday. I left the place at 5 pm with a happy face. BUT TILL TUESDAY I DIDN'T GET ANY CALL.
I called them 4 time and finally they told me that I was not selected by managerial round. I SHOCKED!!!. If I was not selected by the managerial round, then why they told me that I was selected after the managerial round on Saturday?.
It was a waste of time. There are no value of their verbal communication. They're actually choosing candidate by sitting at their Bangalore office.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eurofins (Bengaluru)
Interview
It was a productive 40-minute interview that primarily focused on scenario-based questions, an in-depth discussion of my project experience, and the analysis of a Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) problem. The conversation emphasized my problem-solving approach, technical decision-making, and practical experience in handling real-world development scenarios.

Question 1
How to handle data loading when the records are huge.
Interview was not very tough, asked about .Net, angular and also azure part along with SQL query. Interviewers were technically sound and were looking into basics more in R1 while in R2 they focused more about azure
This was an offline interview for a full-stack role in Dot Net and Angular with a strong emphasis on the backend. It felt more like a technical discussion than an interrogation.
