The Recruiter Interview was pretty nerve-racking. I interviewed over the phone and it took 10 minutes. I did not receive an official offer to interview or for the position. She asked a few questions about what I'm looking for in a job, if I worked in a GMP compliant environment. She asked questions about my previous job and personality. I was then told that she would forward my resume and interview answers to her hiring manager and would then need to wait to hear back from their hiring manager.
