Despite the straightforward nature of the interview, I ultimately decided to decline the job offer. The primary reason for my decision was the compensation package, which I found to be unsatisfactory. I believe that for me to consider such opportunities in the future, the salary and benefits offered would need to be significantly improved to reflect the value I bring to the role.
