Interview
First there was a phone screening that lasted about 30 minutes, with a very nice gentleman from the home office. We discussed my resume and he asked a few background questions. It was a very relaxed and friendly interaction. About a week later I was contacted to set up an interview for the following week. The interview was with two hiring specialists, and lasted for about 1 hour. Again, a very friendly and comfortable interaction. Definitely a lot of "give an example" inquiries, and past achievement questions. And of course an overview of skills/experience. There were a couple of moments/pauses when I really had to think back in order to answer a question, but they were so patient and warm that it was easy to refocus and move forward. Overall a wonderful positive experience. I was told that I should hear back within two weeks.
