First a technical phone screening, then another phone screening from their boss. First call was mostly resume discussion/verification. Next call was a little more interview like as opposed to a screen, I believe to confirm that I was a good fit like the initial person I talked to thought. Next an invitation for a meet and greet at the site where you meet the client and others there and potential for another interview
