The interview process is a little lengthier than others. Initially there is a phone call as part of a screening process (usually this person doesn't work at the location you're applying). If you are selected to move forward to an in person interview, you are invited to the lab. I was interviewed by two lab managers, one of which would be my direct supervisor. If the initial question part of the interview goes well, they will give you a lab tour.
