Interview
The interview process itself was poorly organized and unstructured. I expected a thorough assessment of my skills and qualifications, but instead, I felt as though I was being rushed through a series of generic questions. There was a distinct lack of depth and specificity in the interviewer’s inquiries.
They asked specific questions about my resume and if I had any applicable skills like previous laboratory experience. It was an easy interview which felt more like a conversation than anything. They mostly just gave more details about the job and if I had any questions for them.
