smooth experience, multiple rounds and very cooperative hr. I found the team was very frank and providing detailed information about the role, and the work. The team was very fast to respond and answered all my questions

prior experience in industry and university projects
First was a phone call interview with HR, then the second step was a video interview. It was casual. They seemed nice and friendly. However, the offer was low and no room for negotiation, and the scheduling was not very flexible.
Started with a 10 minute call from an HR person, then a longer interview over teams with scientists and managers. The overall time was about an hour. They asked about background and experience and what made me apply for this role.

Applied online. Was reached out to by their in house recruiter to set up a phone appointment through an online scheduling website. Appointment was set and the recruiter missed the appointment with no explanation. Another appointment was set up and 20 minutes before the appointment received the usual polite "thanks but no thanks" email from company.
