The interview was conducted by several different individuals (group leaders, managers, etc). Each mini-interview lasted about 12 minutes, and then the interviewers rotated. Each interviewer asked about a different topic (technical concepts, teamwork, work environment, etc). Most of the questions they asked were relatively typical for an interview. There weren't any questions that were totally surprising, and the process went smoothly.

Initial phone screening followed by a virtual Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring managers. The interview began with one of the hiring mangers describing the company and how it was operated. Follow by a breif mostly non-technical questioning.
