I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eurofins in Oct 2023
Interview
Speedy interview process - 3 interviews in a span of 7 business days (phone screening, site manager, team manager). Typical interview questions for the first two interviews, third interview was mostly technical questions about the role.
Basic interview with HR rep, describing the background of the company and location. Then met with the manager of the department I would be in. Sometimes there are multiple managers in a department. The interview with the manager was easy. Basic questions regarding HPLC work and chromatography. Got a job offer, within in a couple hours post interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Eurofins (Lancaster, PA) in Nov 2019
Interview
The overall interview process was very straightforward and fairly easy. Friendly community and great benefits offered. However, the talent acquisition specialist did not answer my email or phone call when the tentative final decision date had passed and later sent a generic rejection.
