First I had a team meeting with HR and the head of the business development team. It lasted roughly one hour, discussing my career and answering very specific questions (chemicals, solvent, analysis etc) to test my knowledge. The second stage was a two-part behaviour test + personality test.

I was introduced to Eurofins through an external recruiter where initial notice period, salary range, fit with company and experience were discussed. After one week, i did the interview with Eurofins site director and Senior Business Development Manager. During the interview were shared general information about the company, position, and myself. Positive experience in general. After 3 days, an offer was received.
