Video call with group recruiter to evaluate fit. Round 2 involved doign a reasoning and numerical test. Then a 3 hour interview session with fairly simple excel case. Meeting had 4 company members attend, including bosses, a business division leader and current team member.

1 Tests analytiques - 2 x 15 questions. Relativement abordable. Bien gérer le temps.
2 -cas de finance type business plan avec analyse de la balance sheet et des résultats. Pas compliqué mais c'est mieux d'avoir bien révisé ses gammes en corporate finance.
3 - Entretien RH très ciblé avec questions assertives pour catégoriser la personne. Un peu froid.
