Had a pre-screen interview with recruiter. The date was already set the following day by the recruiter which seemed unprofessional considering they usually consider availability beforehand. Screening questions were basic until I was asked a question where I was cutoff in the middle and recruiter mistakenly assumed the extent of my experience and judged my pretty viable reasoning for not being at my previous role anymore as her tone changed from there. She also presumed there and then I wasn't a fit judging by the way the interview was abruptly cutoff with the excuse that I would hear back within a month (doubtful). Interviewer wouldn't show their face in the video interview although I was instructed to show mine which seemed very strange as actually good recruiters always had the common sense of showing their face out of courtesy. Overall, this person lacked professionalism and a lack of understanding with regards to what their company actually does judging by how they critiqued my experience. All in all, horrendous recruitment process from a supposedly prestigious company.
