First completed a phone screening with a recruiter and then had an hour long interview with the hiring manager. Both individuals were very nice, and I ultimately had a great experience. I heard back by the end of the week with their decision. The HM even referred me to another HM for a different position that she thought I'd be a better fit for. The other HM reached out to me the following week.
