The process took 2 days. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2012
Interview
First interview was a group interview with several other candidates. We had to bring something from our personal life that we could use to explain something about ourselves. They asked us what we know about the company and why we feel like we would be good fit. The day after the interview I was contacted for a 2nd interview. I was emailed a script I needed to memorize and recite word for word. I was contacted by email the next day that I had the job. I started training a week later.

I interviewed at European Wax Center (Columbia, SC)
Interview
It was a fast interview with most questions being about customer service. They are aware you have no experience (for most people this is a first waxing job) so no questions were about that.
I applied online. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Brooklyn, NY)
Interview
Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
