I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at European Wax Center in Nov 2011
Interview
My interview for EWC was fairly easy. It was a group style interview with two other candidates. The questions were generally easy to answer. Some of the questions were:
-Why did you decide to apply for this position
-What made you want to become an esthetician (or cosmetologist)?
-Why did you leave (or are planning to leave) your last job?
-Do you feel comfortable with all types of waxing and are you comfortable with Brazilian waxing?
-Are you comfortable with educating your guests about our products?
The last question is a dead give away that they expect you to sell sell SELL!
As for the other questions they were about availability, what beauty school you went to and other questions about yourself.
Of course like any other normal human being I was a nervous wreck, but at the end of the interview I realized it was one of the most easier interviews I've ever experienced.

Interview
It was a fast interview with most questions being about customer service. They are aware you have no experience (for most people this is a first waxing job) so no questions were about that.
I applied online. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Brooklyn, NY)
Interview
Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
