Got an intial phone screening interview. The recruiter was very rude. Called and asked for me to tell her what ive been doing since high school i explained everything i did she brushed me off the phone and said ok we will call you back if we are interested and she never once told me her name nor did she call back,very unprofessional

they ask you about guest interactions and upselling products and services. If you have no experience just mention you are a people person and quick learner. Let them know you pay attention to small details as well

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
