There was an add in craigslist, I sent my resume and I got a call the same day to schedule an interview the next day. The day of the interview I met with the district manager, a very pleasant lady. The interview itself was pretty easy but it seemed like it was a very busy day for her since her phone kept on ringing and interrupting the interview. At the end of the interview I was told that I would get a response by the following week and if there wasn't any reponse then I'm just not the right candidate.

Super easy and fun! You meet with multiple people. Usually the manager and in my case the franchise owner as well. I could tell right away that it would be a good fit.
Ghosted me which is just unprofessional in my opinion. It’s not hard to send a text to cancel a 15 minute interview. Days later I got an email offering me a job but I was just over it
