Found the job on craigslist and i applied. Didnt hear back for a while so I forgot about it and found it again a month later and applied. I got a call back a couple days after to come in for an interview. I went in and met with the manager of the location who was very nice. She said I was great for the position and asked me the basic questions about my past employment. She offered me the position and the training process took about 2-3 days

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
