I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Modesto, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Received a call by the recruiter who then set up an interview with the store manager and a fellow employee/waxer. I was asked a series of questions about how well I work with my team and how I would handle situations where I’ve had a problem with a colleague. I was told they are a tight nit group and they were much much younger then I. Guess I didn’t fit in.
