Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and quickly received an email to schedule an interview with a hiring manager. She explained that this was a new role that would require 80% travel and lots of hands-on workshops with law firms of all sizes.
Other AI Adoption Manager Interview Reviews for EvenUp
Took about 2 months to be contacted for this opportunity. The initial recruiter screen was great. She was professional and engaged. I have never wanted to walk out of a job interview faster than this hiring screen. It was quite obvious this person had not even reviewed my resume and asked questions in rapid succession like I was on the stand. There was no engagement on the other end of an answer beyond “cool, cool.” That really threw off my confidence, and it really hindered my desire to even work for this company. The more I understood the role, the less I wanted it. I’m wondering why I even got invited for an interview here beyond them hitting some metric for interviews conducted. The guy was incredibly reductive about the work that I do. And if that’s the experience I’d have working there, I can’t imagine that I would have wanted to stick around.
