The first round was with a recruiter who had a hard time reading the company description from a document. The second round was with a hiring manager who asked me questions about my previous experience. I think they did not like my previous experience and the projects I worked on. It also consisted of a relatively easy coding exercise which I completed. EvenUp did not get back to me for a week. After I prodded my recruiter (who introduced me to the company) they sent me an automated rejection email that told me nothing.

Interview
Recruiter call followed by an HM round. I was told that the HM round would be a resume discussion followed by a tech screen; however, I was not asked any technical questions/LC.
Recruiter call followed by a hiring manager chat followed by a technical leetcode-style technical round. People were generally nice, but process was unprofessional and not respectful of the candidate's time. The hiring manager was coy about compensation, they clearly expect you to go through a 5 round interview process before disclosing that.
