The interview process for this company is unnecessarily lengthy and feels like a complete waste of time. It consisted of a minimum of 9 steps!!! each lasting at least 30 minutes. It started with a screening call with an internal recruiter, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager, an initial technical interview, a coding test, and then 5-6 additional meetings with various team members. For the virtual onsite interview, which took over two days, I had to take time off from my current job. After all this, I received a generic rejection email from the recruiter, stating that I was not the right fit—without any further explanation. If I wasn't a good fit, that should have been communicated in the earlier stages, instead of dragging the process out and wasting everyone’s time.
