First call was with a recruiter for the hiring screen. I was asked a lot of questions, but the interviewer did not leave any time to answer any questions that I might've had. They also mentioned that they wouldn't be able to pay very much, given that the company is a start-up. Second call was with a team member. They joined late and appeared disheveled, which made the interview feel unprofessional. After the second interview I was given a take-home assignment which took several hours.
