They will chase you if they see a potential. Went through 8 rounds of interview only to be rejected at the end. When I asked for feedback, I was ghosted by the Director of HR - the hiring manager. Despite my busy schedule they persisted I accommodate 8 rounds within a week. But when I ask for feedback on what happened (since I got the impression the interviews went well otherwise why schedule more rounds?) only to be ghosted by the Director. I found this very unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointed with Evenup Team, except for Lia - the recruiter who was the only person being proactive and professional in her communication.
