Two weeks after applying for the job, I got an email from the recruiter saying I can choose a day in her calendar for a 30-minute call. The first available slot was in 10 days. The day of the phone call comes, and nothing... I've been waiting for 20 minutes, emailed the recruiter, and never heard back. This is just very pathetic, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It says a lot about the company, in my opinion.
