I interviewed with the recruiter, Riley, the Payroll Consulting Director, a Payroll Consulting Manager, and a Payroll Consulting Associate. I appreciated that they wanted me to understand the performance expectations of each level. Riley was wonderful as she led me through the process, always offering feedback / updates and next steps.

I was asked technical questions by the Associate Consultant, such as how to configure for multiple positions or FLSA. I was asked for examples of difficult configurations I had solutioned for in past projects.
