I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Everlight Solar
Interview
Interview process was all done during Zoom. Everyone was pleasant and interviews were geared towards who you are as a person. Different and fun questions rather than the average run of the mill interview questions that you're use to. Everyone was polite and professional. I was hired on as a temp before I was offered a permanent position. It does take a minute for them to get back to you so there is some patience involved. It's obvious why they have so many applicants! Great experience!
It is a very thorough process in which you speak with various team members about your experience, personality, and interests. Typically about 4-5 interviews in total, usually video interviews. Must be willing to commit to all interviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Everlight Solar in Apr 2022
Interview
The process took two months. They make you take assessments before the first interview, which took 10-15 minutes where they ask you strange questions with their camera off. Sounded pretty scripted. The second interview came a month later and was an hour longer with more strange questions and some normal questions about previous job experiences. Then they send you another assessment to take which was even longer to check your personality. Waited a couple more weeks to find out they decided to go with other candidates. I thought the interviews went well only to be denied the position.
