I interviewed at Evidence In Motion

      Interview

I recently had the unfortunate experience of interviewing with EIM, and I must say that their post-interview communication—or rather, the complete lack thereof—has left me thoroughly disappointed. After a seemingly promising interview, I expected at least the common courtesy of a follow-up, whether it be a rejection or an invitation for further discussion. Unfortunately, EIM has failed miserably in this regard. The complete radio silence not only reflects poorly on their professionalism but also raises serious questions about their commitment to providing a positive candidate experience. It's disheartening to invest time and effort into preparing for an interview, only to be met with indifference on the company's end. I understand that not every candidate can be offered a position, but the least they could do is respect candidates enough to inform them of their status. Even a standard rejection email would have sufficed, but the eerie silence has left me questioning the company's integrity and respect for potential employees. This lack of communication not only speaks volumes about EIM's disregard for candidates but also raises concerns about their internal communication and HR processes. If this is how they treat candidates during the hiring process, I can only imagine how they handle employee relations once someone is on board. In conclusion, I would caution any future job seekers considering EIM to be prepared for a potentially frustrating and unprofessional experience. The job market is competitive, and there are plenty of companies out there that understand the importance of effective communication and respect for candidates. Unfortunately, EIM doesn't seem to be one of them.
