The Interview process was very swift but also very in-depth. I felt that I was being asked the right questions such as my critique of the current products ranging from the company's web presence to the new initiatives moving forward. Transparency and openness had been established from the beginning, a clear path of what my position would consist of and how it played into how I wanted to grow as a professional. I had my second interview within the same week. This interview included many of the outside department heads. This actually gave me a look into the company culture and the type of individuals that worked here at Evisions. The second interview turned into more of a round table discussion about where everyone saw the company's placement within the industry and the new exciting path to get there. Once the second interview had been completed, I was contacted shortly afterwards and was extended an offer to become part of the company.
