I was contacted by a recruiter 15 minutes after submitting my resume online. The recruiter asked me to submit several dates and times regarding my availability. He contacted me on the date specified on my email. I felt the interview went well based on my interaction with the recruiter. The recruiter told me that he was forwarding my resume to the hiring manager and I would be hearing from him in 2-3 days to set-up another interview. I never heard from the recruiter again. I attempted to contact him twice to follow-up regarding my interview. However, he has not responded to my emails. I felt this was extremely unprofessional. He could have contacted me and stated they decided to move forward with other candidates instead of completely ignoring me. Very disappointing!
